Non-Refundable
The following are non-refundable
- Earrings, clay cutters, stickers
- Pre-orders/Made-to-order items
- Shipping fees
- Lost/stolen items
- Orders that have been received and over a week has passed
Refund Process
For any order contact me through the contact form within 1 week of receiving your products if there is a defect. From there I will work with you to determine the best way to close out the issue. Refunds will only take place after the buyer has shipped back the item(s) and I have received it. Return shipping costs is the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that shipping costs of the original order will not be included in any refund.
