Current Shipping Promo
Use code FREESHIP at checkout for orders over roughly $100 CAD (Canada residents) or $82 USD (US residents). This code is only eligible for standard tracked shipping valued up to a maximum of $18.50 CAD.
Shipping Options
Untracked Lettermail (Canada) • A more affordable shipping option when buying stickers or art prints. You can email me at ohthatsneatshop@gmail.com or use the contact form right after purchase with your order number and I'll refund you shipping overage. Most lettermail arrives within 2 weeks, however please note that in some rare cases it may take 4+ weeks depending on how backed up postal carriers are. I am not responsible for any lost and damaged packages. This method will cost $5 CAD, any shipping difference from check out will be refunded.

Processing/Shipping Timelines
Shipping times are determined at check out. With untracked Lettermail for Canadian customers there are no shipping time guarantees/estimates.
Please note that any shipping timelines do not include processing time. Ready-to-ship items have a 2-5 day processing time.
International orders may expect anywhere up to from 1+ month overall shipping timelines.
Lost Packages
I am not responsible for any lost packages. Once an order is dropped off at the post office then I have fulfilled my duty as a seller. In the chance of a lost package I encourage you to connect directly with the shipping provider to help in locating it.
Customs, Duties, VAT
If there are any additional customs and duty fees it is the responsibility of customers to pay. These fees are out of my control and at the discretion of the country the package arrives in.
